It was quite the storm! We never saw anything like it. Our Community has not totally recovered from Hurricane Ian. However, we had a strong support team ranging from Red Cross, FPL, Police, Trash Removal, County Officials, local Churches, Marine Patrol and more. Homes and businesses are being put back together. Some are back to normal, others struggling. Insurance is slow to process in most cases. Homes have come on the market since the storm, some unfinished selling for land value, which means financing would not apply, only cash transactions. Most of these sellers are looking for investors. We are looking forward to have a great 2023 season. Naples is still Paradise!
